This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Abstract

This Regulation prescribes: the method, purpose, type and quantity of fishing gear and equipment to be used in small coastal fishing; the maximum number of participants in small coastal fishing; the procedure for the revision and updating of the participants' ranking list in small coastal fishing; the content of the form, the conditions and the manner of issuing the authorization/license for small-scale coastal fishing; and the content and manner of keeping the register of issued licenses (small coastal fisheries, marine domain).
