Abstract This Regulation prescribes the rules regarding the permitted small quantities that are imported during the import of plants, plant products and other objects, including food products that are transferred by a natural person for their own use, and which are not subject to phytosanitary inspection. Article 2 (paragraph 2) lays down the detailed list of what is to be considered as permitted small quantities of certain plants/plant products including foodstuff - fresh fruits and vegetables.
