This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Ordinance provides for: the purpose, type and quantity of fishing gear and equipment that can be used in small coastal fishing; contents of the application form, terms and procedures for issuing permits for small coastal fishing and the content and manner of keeping the register of approvals for small coastal fishing; the conditions and procedures for storing the authorization form and manner of keeping the register of the stored authorization for small coastal fishing; form and manner of issuance of certificates; the content and manner of keeping the register of issued certificates for small coastal fishing.
