Abstract The present Regulation of the Minister of the Environment is composed of 11 Paragraphs and one Annex. The Regulation applies to waste landfills, excluding: harmful waste landfills where wastes from construction, reconstruction or disassembly are stored; neutral waste landfills. Conditions of monitoring are specified in the Annex and are defined for three exploitation phases of waste landfills: before exploitation, during exploitation and after exploitation.
