Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of nine articles and three Annnexes, lays down details on sampling of plants, plant products or other objects to test for the presence of residues of plant protection products, pursuant to art. 95 par. 5 of the the Law on plant protection. The present Regulation stablishes: (1) the method of sampling for the presence of residues of plant protection products; (2) the model protocol of sampling; (3) the method of securing the samples (4) the procedure of taking care of the samples and residues of these samples.
