Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of seven articles and one Annnex, lays down details on sampling of plant protection products for laboratory testing. The present Regulation stablishes: (1) the way of sampling of plant protection products to test their composition or physical or chemical properties; (2) the model protocol of sampling plant protection products; (3) the method of securing samples of plant protection products; (4) the procedure of handling samples of plant protection products and residues of these samples.
