Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of nine paragraphs and seven Annexes, establishes: methods of sampling of foodstuffs for official control of contamination; guidelines for analytical methods used to mark level of contamination. The Annexes specify methods of taking samples of foodstuffs as per types of contamination.
