Abstract This Regulation establishes the use of harmonized risk indicators for assessing the risk as regards the use of pesticides. The object of these rules is to set the national system of control in relation with the rules of harmonized risk indicator based on the quantities of active substances in plant protection products that are placed on the market, also for the purpose of the submission of such data to designated European Union bodies.
