Abstract

The Ministry of Finance and the Forestry Development Authority rule that a further reduction be made to industrialization incentive fees, severance fees, forest products fees, and reforestation fees. Reforestation fees shall be established on the basis of a cubic meter of assessed length, after felling, topping, and removal of defects in accordance with FDA Regulations.
