Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons, prescribes the content of requests for determining the quantity and quality of reserves, also necessary for determining data on the structure, shape, size and volume of geological structures suitable for natural gas storage or permanent disposal of carbon dioxide; manner and conditions for classification of hydrocarbon and geothermal water reserves for energy purposes into classes and categories, including the manner and conditions for determining the structure, shape, size and volume of geological structures suitable for natural gas storage or permanent disposal of carbon dioxide; work of the reserve determination committee and the commission's actions during determining and verifying reserves.
