The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of nine paragraphs, establishes: conditions under which certain areas may be declared eligible for bathing; frequency of water testing; methods of analysis; ways of informing humans about quality of bathing water. Then requirements are established for marine and inland bathing water. Water should be tested at least every two weeks.
