Abstract

The objective of this Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 32 articles and five Annexes, is to prevent or reduce emissions of asbestos into the environment. This Regulation establishes provisions concerning compulsory treatment in the reconstruction or removal of buildings and maintenance work on buildings, installations or equipment when disposing materials containing asbestos.
