The Regulation enters into force on 6 April 2005.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four articles and four Annexes, establishes forms of phytosanitary certificates (Annex 1 and 3) and phytosanitary certificates for re-export (Annex 2 and 4) of plants and plant products introduced on the territory of Polish Republic. Theses certificate are completed in accordance with the International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures.
