Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of six articles and four Annexes, lays down: (1) types of equipment intended for the use of plant protection products which is the subject to testing for confirmation of technical efficiency; (2) requirements for technical efficiency of the equipment intended for the use of plant protection products; (3) intervals at which the tests to confirm the technical efficiency are carried out.
