Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of article 5, paragraph 2 and Annex II, part 3 which will enter into force on the day of Croatian entrance into the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation provides: a) the conditions of public health, animal health requirements and veterinary certification standards for imports into the Croatian Republic of consignments of milk and dairy products from countries not members of the European Union; b) the list of foreign countries from which imports of the product is allowed.
