The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Economy, which is composed of 19 Paragraphs, establishes: requirements concerning the process of thermal transformation of waste, excluding medical and veterinary waste; methods of dealing with waste resulting from thermal transformation of waste. The provisions of this Regulation shall apply to all devices and equipment processing wastes thermally, with or without recycling of energy.
