Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of nine paragraphs, establishes the following types of remedying of environmental damage relating to protected species, natural habitats or waters: basic, supplementary and compensative. Basic remedying should be done first. These activities should restore initial state of the environment or the state similar to the initial one. Supplementary remedying should assure achievement of the state of natural elements or their functions which would have been achieved if natural elements or their functions environmentally damaged would have been restored in the initial or similar state. Compensative remedying should assure compensation of damages. The Regulation lays down conditions and way of individual types of remedying action.
