Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of eight articles, lays down the manner of carrying out and financing of regular official veterinary checks in the holdings of the origin of animals and animal products intended for trade, in accordance with Council Directive 90/425/EEC concerning veterinary and zootechnical checks applicable in intra-Community trade in certain live animals and products with a view to the completion of the internal market.
