Abstract This Regulation prescribes: a) registration procedure for facilities and subjects in business with by-products and/or obtained products; b) procedure for approving facilities in business with by-products and/or obtained products; c) manner for keeping registers of registered objects and subjects in business with by-products and/or obtained products; d) manner for keeping the register of approved facilities in the business with by-products and/or obtained products; e) remote and hard-to-reach areas; f) permitted deviations based on Regulation (EC) no. 1069/2009 and Regulation (EU) no. 142/2011; g) special rules regarding the handling of animal origin by-products.
