This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation here determines all necessary issues as regards the recreational or sport fishery of trophic tuna specimens on the territory of the Republic of Croatia. This text closely sets the method of allocating catch quotas; necessary conditions and manner of fishing of tune trophies; related fishing season and exact time period; limitations of catches on board; characteristics and quantity of fishing gear and equipment; reporting method and administrative and technical deadlines; and manner of handling with captured specimens of trophy Thunnus thynnus.
