Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of the Environment and Spatial Planning, which is composed of six articles and one Annex, sets out the content and manner of keeping records on trade in animals of wild species. The records must contain the information specified in Annex 1. The records are kept by the the Agency for the Environment.
