Abstract

This Regulation of the Council of Ministers is composed of nine Sections and five Annexes. The Sections are: General Provisions (sect. 1); Manner of Qualifying Radioactive Waste Into Categories and Sub-Categories (sect. 2); Manner of Registering and Controlling Radioactive Waste and Sample Registration Card (sect. 3); Terms of Storage of Radioactive Waste or Spent Nuclear Fuel and the Requirements Imposed on Sites, Compartments and Packaging Intended for the Storage of Various Radioactive Waste
