Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of 11 articles and three Annexes, establishes: (1) the maximum annual amount of seed material of agricultural crops with a view to marketing to the final consumer; (2) the maximum amount of seed material which is considered as a model for official testing and inspection purposes; (3) the maximum amount of seed material which may be marketed for scientific purposes, for experimental and tests for selection or the preservation of genetic diversity; (4) the maximum amount of seed material of agricultural plants which can be imported for personal use; (5) form of the application for authorization of marketing of propagating material which is in the process of entry in the catalog and the form of application for the issue of the special import permit.
