Abstract This Regulation prescribes quality and sanitary requirements for raw milk purchased from a producer; sampling and testing methods for raw milk; quality grading and other matters. A Professional Board (composed of 3 members) designated by the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry shall issue or suspend licences to all laboratories authorized to analyse and test milk.
