Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of 15 articles and two Annexes, lays down the program and detailed contents of training and other requirements for the professional training, the way of organizing examinations, the method of reporting data on persons who have passed the examination, and the maximum costs of the training. The model certificate of professional competence for dealing with genetically modified plants is specified in Annex 1. Annex 2 provides program of the training.
