Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 12 paragraphs and five Annexes, establishes species of wild: (1) animals which are strictly protected; (2) animals which are partially protected; (3) animals partially protected which can be hunted and ways of their acquisition; (4) wild birds which can be sold, transported and kept for commercial purposes, if legally hunted; (5) animals requiring establishing of protection zones of refuges and breeding places. The present Regulation lays down also particular prohibitions related to certain species or groups of animals species and methods of protection of wild animals, including size of protection zones..
