The present Regulation enters into force on 1 January 1991.
Abstract

The present Regulation enforces the Federal Nature and Cultural Heritage Protection Act of 1 July 1966. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to he protection of wild living plants and animals. In particular, the Regulation lists wholly or partially protected animal and plant species, as well as the respective protective measures. The text consists of 9 articles.
