Abstract This regulation prescribes a procedure for the prohibition of marketing for the certain forest reproductive material that might be harmful for the following reasons: genotypic and phenotypic forest's characteristics, environment; biodiversity; genetic resources, or human health. The request for the prohibition of the marketing for the forest reproductive material must be justified with a relevant documentation.
