Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of five paragraphs and two Annexes, lays down: (1) the list of animal infectious diseases being the subject to restriction of production or marketing of products of animal origin, specified in Annex 1; (2) Veterinary requirements for products of animal origin originating from an area being a subject to animal health restrictions issued on the basis of European Union regulations introducing measures to control infectious animal diseases or on the basis of regulations issued under European Union regulations applying to specified animals or products, including the production and marking of those products.
