Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and the Environment lays down, in accordance with Commission Directive 2010/60/EU providing for certain derogations for marketing of fodder plant seed mixtures intended for use in the preservation of the natural environment, requirements regarding production, composition, quality, packaging and labeling of preservation seed mixtures, the maximum amount of preservation seed mixtures that can be marketed in the given year, procedures and methods for checking compliance with the requirements for preservation seed mixtures, contents of application for the marketing of preservation seed mixtures, and the information that must appear on the label used for preservation seed mixtures. The present Regulation is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Requirements for preservation seed mixtures (Sec. 2); Authorization for the marketing of preservation seed mixtures (Sec. 3).
