Abstract This Regulation determines the procedures and measures to be taken in cases of accidents on waters and coastal water land, with the aim of implementing water and sea water protection in cases of emergency and incidental water pollution. Occurrence of accidents on waters and coastal water land, in terms of application of this Regulation, is divided into two types depending on the mode of occurrence, namely emergency pollution and incidental pollution.
