This Regulation enters into force on 21 December 1998.

Abstract

The Regulation sets out the requirements to format of the reporting and information documents on the waste management activities. The Regulation contents 17 Articles (dealing with reporting procedures related to the waste management activities and the obligations of the competent authorities and holders of wastes), Conclusion Provisions and 9 Annexes.
