This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation determines the precautionary measures regarding the plant protection products, aimed to reduce the risk for human health, animal health, plant health and more generally for the environment (temporary or permanent ban on production and placing on the market for certain products).
