The Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2003.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of three paragraphs and one Annex, specifies the conditions under which water extraction from marine reservoirs and the management of water reservoirs, ponds, rivers, channels and ditches, are to be considered as pollutant. The types and amounts of substances are specified in the Annex.
