Abstract This Regulation prescribes the conditions and manner for the correct, controlled, safe for animals and humans, and animal friendly keeping of pets (live animals, kept for recreation, socializing, and protection and/or help for humans, such as dogs, domestic cats, exotic and ornamental birds, small rodents, animals to be kept in terrariums, aquarium based aquatic animals/organisms, and some animals), including the necessary treatment of abandoned and lost animals (also lost domestic pets), further defining how to manage and control their breeding and temporary keeping, and offences and consequential penalties (as regards the territory of the Municipality of Bar, located on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro).
