This Regulation entered into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation determines the official maximum levels and limit values for pesticide residues in or on foods of plant and animal origin and related agricultural products; and further defines official controls and responsibilities for the verification of the conformity assessment of pesticide content in or on food and agricultural products, including the procedures and actions of authorities responsible for the performance of official controls.
