The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Health is composed of ten Paragraphs and two Annexes. Medical and veterinary wastes can be neutralized in one of the following ways: thermal transformation of wastes with equipment located on the land; thermal disinfection; effect of microwaves; or other physicochemical treatment. It is permitted to use together two or more methods specified above. Permitted methods of neutralizing medical and veterinary wastes are specified in Annex 1. Annex 2 specifies detailed conditions for thermal transformation of medical and veterinary wastes.
