Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of four paragraphs and one Annex, lays down permitted levels of noise specified for the following types of sites: (a) for housing buildings; (b) for hospitals and social welfare houses; (c) for buildings related with permanent or temporary residence of children; (d) for health resorts; (e) for recreational and rest purposes; (f) for housing and service purposes. The Regulation establishes also permitted levels of noise including types of objects or activities being the source of noise.
