The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of four paragraphs and one Annex, lays down permitted levels of noise specified for the following types of sites: (a) for housing buildings; (b) for hospitals and social welfare houses; (c) for buildings related with permanent or temporary residence of children; (d) for health resorts; (e) for recreational and rest purposes; (f) for housing and service purposes. The Regulation establishes also permitted levels of noise including types of objects or activities being the source of noise.
