Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure, which is composed of 11 Paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes the procedure of issuing the permissions for foreign vessels which regularly navigate within Polish ports or within Polish and foreign ports. The forms of the permissions are specified in Annexes 1 and 2. The permission can be issued only upon written request. Copies of documents permitting the vessel to navigate on waterways of the country where the vessel is registered, have to be attached to the request.
