Abstract The present Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure, which is composed of seven Paragraphs and one Annex, establishes: mode of passing on information concerning wastes to ports and interested units; scope of required information; form of a questionnaire (which can be found in the Annex) to pass information on. The captain of the vessel shall pass information about wastes on the vessel to the port manager before calling at the port. The filled questionnaire shall be passed to the port manager at least 24 hours before calling at the port or just before leaving the previous port. The period can be shorter if the destination port was unknown 24 hours before arrival.
