The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure, which is composed of six Paragraphs, establishes provisions concerning the mode and scope of passing on information about the type of cargo, intended route, time of the journey, and state of the vessel safety by shipowners which transport hazardous or polluting cargoes. The information shall be passed to the director of the competent marine office, not later than when leaving by vessel the port of loading (or when a destination port is established).
