The Regulation enters into force 14 days after its publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour, which is composed of 14 paragraphs, establishes detailed rules on: collecting and recycling packaging wastes of paper, glass, plastic, aluminium, steel, multimaterial; recycling packaging wastes of wood. Packaging wastes are collected in containers located in public places. On the container there shall be information on the way of using the container and the name of the company which owns the container. Containers shall protect collected wastes from negative influence of atmospheric conditions.
