Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Slovenian Environmental Protection Act, in order to determine the impact of landfilling in accordance with Council Directive 1999/31/EC of 26 April 1999 on the landfill of waste, and to determine the impact of the operation of installations in accordance with Directive 2010/75/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control), sets rules and indications on operational monitoring of groundwater status, including related methodology of sampling, measurement and analysis of samples, evaluation of analyzes and impact, content of indicated programme and report, and method and form of recording and reporting data on operational monitoring of groundwater status. This text further determines all technical conditions that must be met by the operator of groundwater monitoring for obtaining authorization for operational monitoring of groundwater, and more detailed reasons for revoking the authorization for operational monitoring of groundwater.
