Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette and it will be fully applied from 1 January 2005.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the standards and manner for the correct nutrition labelling intended for foodstuffs and related to the: delivery to the final consumer; supply to restaurants, canteens, hospitals, kindergartens, schools, social welfare institutions and other similar entities in the food business that supplies the final consumers.
