Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of 16 paragraphs and one Annex, makes provision on nutrition labelling of foodstuffs to be delivered as such to the ultimate consumer or to mass caterers. The Regulation does not apply to: (1) natural mineral waters or other waters intended for human consumption; (2) diet integrators or food supplements. Nutrition labelling means any information which appears on labelling and relates to energy value and certain nutrients. The Annex contains the index of vitamins and mineral components which should be included in the information on nutrition labelling for foodstuffs, and their recommended daily intake.
