Abstract The Regulation of the Council of Ministers, which is composed of 13 Paragraphs and four Annexes, establishes: detailed training conditions for the candidates for the office of nuclear regulatory inspector; detailed qualifying exams conditions for the office of nuclear regulatory inspector; model certificate of qualifications for the office of nuclear regulatory inspector. In particular the second degree qualifications exam verifies the candidates knowledge of nuclear fuel and radioactive waste management, including basic technologies applied during the processing of nuclear fuel and conditioning of radioactive waste.
