Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment, which is composed of six articles and three Annexes, lays down acceptable methods of neutralization and conditions for the storage of medical waste and veterinary waste as well as conditions for the treatment of medical waste and veterinary waste, as well as the method of monitoring processes,for which monitoring is necessary to ensure the proper conduct of these processes. Acceptable methods of neutralizing particular types of medical waste and veterinary waste that do not have infectious properties are specified in Annex 1 to the Regulation.
