Abstract This Regulation provides for the complete quality requirements in the production and placing on the market for all natural mineral water and natural spring water, and specifically related to the: physical, chemical, physico-chemical and sensory characteristics and composition; technological processes that can be used in production; analytical methods for quality control and various stages of inspection activities; additional labelling and packaging requirements; microbiological criteria.
