This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes all necessary requirements and conditions of cross compliance (multiple compliance) in agricultural production, including the rules governing over the fulfilling of all obligation of cross compliance, control of cross compliance, the method determining the rights, obligations and deadlines for the fulfillment of cross-compliance, IACS rural development measures, financial provisions and other issues all related to food and food products part of the sensitive sectors and market surface support for the same.
