This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation provides conditions for monitoring, content and scope of the plan for monitoring of the impact of genetically modified organisms, (GMO’s) products containing and/or consisting from GMOs placed on the market and their use, requirements for reporting on the results of monitoring, data collection.
